Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Meetings and Sales Executive to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Meetings and Sales Executive, you will drive sales across conferences, meetings, and events while creating exceptional client experiences from enquiry through to event delivery.

What you will do?

• Generate new business opportunities across corporate, conference, and events markets
• Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and event documentation
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and follow-up sales activity
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events from enquiry to delivery
• Partner with hotel, food and beverage, and operational teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders

More about you

• Demonstrated experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or event coordination
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and convert enquiries into bookings
• Experience coordinating conferences, meetings, corporate events, or special events
• Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Professional, enthusiastic, and guest-focused approach with a passion for hospitality
