About the Role
Provide in-home support that helps clients with daily living activities, companionship, and personalised care that promotes independence and wellbeing. You'll play an important role in helping clients feel valued, supported, and confident in their community.
What You'll Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Experience in community or aged care (desirable)
- Compassionate, client-focused approach
- Reliable and flexible availability
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
