Your opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a major data centre project that will help power the next generation of digital infrastructure and AI-enabled growth.
This is a complex, high-profile project with multiple stakeholders, significant commercial activity and a fast-paced delivery environment. We're looking for someone who can provide strong commercial leadership, build trusted relationships and ensure contracts are managed effectively from procurement through to project completion.

Key responsibilities
As Contracts Manager, you'll be the commercial and contractual link between the project, its suppliers and key stakeholders, helping to keep one of Australia's most significant data centre projects moving forward.
You'll manage contracts across the full project lifecycle, providing practical advice that helps the team navigate commercial risks, meet contractual obligations and make confident decisions. Working closely with project leaders, subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives, you'll build strong relationships while protecting the project's commercial interests.
No two days will look the same. You'll lead contract negotiations, manage variations and claims, support procurement activities and help resolve commercial issues as they arise. You'll have the opportunity to influence commercial outcomes on a project of significant scale and complexity, working across major contracts, key delivery partners and a diverse stakeholder group. Your ability to navigate competing priorities, manage risk and find practical solutions will be critical to keeping the project moving and delivering successful outcomes.

We're looking for someone who understands that successful contract management is about more than administering agreements. You'll have experience working on major construction, infrastructure, engineering or industrial projects where competing priorities, commercial pressures and stakeholder expectations need to be carefully balanced.
You'll be confident managing contractual risk, negotiating outcomes and providing advice that helps projects move forward. You'll bring a pragmatic approach, strong commercial judgement and the credibility to influence decisions across a broad stakeholder group.
