As our next Executive Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Lead by example, collaborating closely with the Area General Manager and departmental leaders to efficiently manage operational needs
  • Engage in forward planning and strategic thinking for future success to ensure profitable operation across all departments
  • Set performance benchmarks and define expectations across departments to continuously enhance and uphold service standards
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and security measures with guests, staff, and property in mind
  • Address and find solutions to operational, departmental and guest challenges
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to empower teams in developing their own expertise and personal growth

As our next Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead by example, collaborating closely with the General Manager and departmental leaders to efficiently manage operational needs
  • Engage in forward planning and strategic thinking for future success to ensure profitable operation across all departments
  • Set performance benchmarks and define expectations across departments to continuously enhance and uphold service standards

Qualifications & Experience (Applicable to All Roles):

  • Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations, marked by a vibrant track record of assuming leadership roles as a Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fuelled by epic organisational and time management skills
  • Masterful in the art of both the written and spoken communication
  • Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
