We're looking for a Parts Order Fulfillment Manager ANZ to lead our Parts Order Fulfillment team and drive the next phase of capability, process improvement, and operational excellence across Australia and New Zealand.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Planning & Distribution Services Au/NZ, you will lead the Parts Order Fulfillment team and be responsible for optimising parts availability across the aftermarket lifecycle while balancing inventory, customer service, and supply chain cost objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive order fulfillment and inventory planning outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Partner with local and global stakeholders to improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
  • Manage complex fulfillment challenges and customer escalations.
  • Develop and embed processes, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Balance parts availability, inventory investment, and freight costs to achieve business objectives.

About you

Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain, inventory planning, order fulfillment, distribution, or aftermarket operations.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, replenishment processes, and MRP systems.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical business outcomes.
  • Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across multiple functions.
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Nice to Have

  • Qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience using Power BI, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
  • APICS (CPIM or CSCP) or equivalent professional certifications.
  • Experience within agriculture, manufacturing, mining, construction, defence, rail, or other complex supply chain environments.
