The Opportunity

We're seeking a Market Research, AI & Operations Specialist to join our Strategy & Insights team. Reporting to the Director, Data, Insights & AI, you'll uncover market opportunities, analyse industry trends, and deliver insights that shape Keypath's product portfolio and growth strategy.

This role combines market research, commercial analysis, and generative AI, making it ideal for someone who loves turning data into actionable recommendations while driving smarter, more efficient ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify growth opportunities.

• Analyse and synthesise data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

• Monitor education, economic, and market trends across APAC and global markets.

• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance research, reporting, and market analysis.

• Build and maintain AI-powered reports, dashboards, and research workflows.

• Partner with Product and Strategy teams to support portfolio planning and decision-making.

• Present findings to stakeholders and influence business outcomes.

• Train and support colleagues in adopting practical AI tools and workflows.

• Manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality outputs on time.

About You

• 2+ years' experience in market research, analytics, consulting, product, or a related insights role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations.

• Proven experience conducting market and competitor analysis in a commercial environment.

• Highly proficient in generative AI tools and passionate about emerging technologies.

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or analytical tools for business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to continuously learn and improve.

• Experience in education or EdTech is advantageous but not essential.

Most importantly, you'll be a naturally inquisitive problem solver who combines research rigour with an enthusiasm for AI and innovation, helping Keypath make smarter decisions that expand access to education worldwide.
