About the Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Distribution Centre Supervisor (Night Shift) to join our team in Berrinba and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor with their team rather than sitting behind a desk. You'll lead a high-performing warehouse team, drive operational excellence and create a safe, positive and productive workplace.

The best part? You'll work a compressed 4-day week, starting Sunday night and finishing Thursday morning, giving you a 3-day weekend every week.

Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00pm - 6:00am

If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys developing people while delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and motivating a team to deliver safe, efficient and accurate warehouse operations.
  • Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all workplace safety standards.
  • Managing daily workflow, labour planning, rosters and operational performance.
  • Monitoring inventory accuracy and resolving issues that impact customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Achieving productivity, service and cost targets while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Coaching, developing and upskilling team members to build capability and engagement.
  • Supporting site operations, including opening and closing activities when required.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and team performance.
  • Building a positive team culture through clear communication, recognition and leadership.

You're likely a match if you have

  • Previous experience leading teams within a distribution centre, warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills and the ability to engage, coach and develop others.
  • Experience managing operational performance, productivity and inventory accuracy.
  • A practical, hands-on leadership style with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Solid computer skills across Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
  • A genuine commitment to safety and creating a positive workplace culture.

What's on offer

We're proud to offer a workplace that supports your wellbeing, growth, and belonging:
Extra Leave: Enjoy a 5th week of annual leave, 2 wellbeing days, plus 1 volunteer day annually
Career Growth: Endless learning and development opportunities
Parental Leave: 12 weeks of genderneutral paid leave for primary carers
Inclusive Culture: Bronze Employer for LGBTQ Inclusion
Neutral Pay Gap: Gender pay gap under 5% (WGEA 2024-2025)
