We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer in Hangzhou to turn real-time AI anime avatars from prototypes into a production consumer product.

Responsibilities

Build user-facing creation, customization, and avatar interaction flows.

Integrate voice, LLM, memory, character state, and image or video generation services.

Develop reliable APIs, queues, databases, observability, and failure recovery.

Optimize rendering, latency, inference cost, safety, and the end-to-end experience.

Ship quickly with product and design while maintaining production quality.

Requirements

Based in or able to work from Hangzhou with 4+ years of full-stack product engineering experience.

Strong TypeScript/React plus Python, Node.js, or a comparable backend stack.

Experience with generative-AI APIs, real-time media, WebGL/Three.js, or character systems.

Independent execution, clean code, and strong product judgment.
