An exciting opportunity now exists to join the College as a Pedagogical Leader and Classroom Teacher in the Preparatory School. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Preparatory School - Teaching and Learning you will be a vital member of our Preparatory School Leadership Team and play a crucial role in shaping our educational landscape whilst supporting our mission to deliver exceptional learning experiences.

The successful applicant will be an inspiring teacher who thoroughly understand and practices explicit direct instruction and an educational leader with a passion for nurturing students and developing teachers to excel in a collaborative, high-functioning team. Your focus will be to drive educational excellence by contributing to the strategic leadership of the Preparatory School and fostering professional growth in your team through coaching and feedback.

The role is being offered as an initial 3-year contract for the role of Pedagogical Leader, with an underlying substantive as a full-time teacher. The position will commence at the beginning of 2027 and is accompanied with a time allocation and leadership allowance.
