Executive Assistant

What's the role?

As one of our Executive Assistants, you'll be our trusted partner keeping the engine running! Supporting theState General Manager - Retail NSW/ACT, you'll provide high-trust, proactive, and end-to-end executive support.

In this role, you'll own diary and inbox management, making sure every meeting, message and follow up is handled with care and precision. You'll coordinate travel, expenses and events. From town halls to offsites, you will provide tailored executive support in a fast-paced environment.

This isa permanentopportunity based in Sydney at Barangaroo, with a hybrid working model.

What do I need?

• Proven Executive Assistant Experience supporting senior Executives (Head of/GM) in a high volume, complex organization
• Exceptional diary, inbox and workflow management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, proactively manage competing priorities and ensure leaders are well prepared
• Strong digital skills across tools such as use of AI, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
• A thoughtful, forward-looking approach to how AI can support day-to-day work to enhance efficiency
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in everything you do
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgement
• Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, events and travel arrangements, including leadership forums, town halls, offsites and state-wide engagement activities, ensuring seamless execution and a high-quality stakeholder experience
