About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and person-centred Support Worker to provide dedicated support to a participant living in Kerford, Rochester and as well as around the Echuca area. This role focuses on supporting one individual to live a meaningful, independent, and fulfilling life while promoting choice, dignity, inclusion, and human rights. You will build a strong professional relationship with the participant, supporting their daily living activities, community participation, health and wellbeing, and personal goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy, patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to empowering people with disability to achieve the life they want and choose. Your experience supporting people with complex needs and behaviours is highly desirable! You have flexible availability for at least 5 Days, on a 24/7 rotating roster. You believe everyone deserves access to a full and joyful life. You are willing to obtain a First Aid/CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
