We are a warm, family-oriented two-surgery practice with a welcoming, close-knit environment, offering a range of treatments from general through to cosmetic dentistry. Join our long-standing team, where the Practice Manager and Lead Dentist have worked together at Morningside for over 20 years. If you're looking for a stable, supportive workplace where you'll genuinely feel part of the team, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Assist with patient management, including greeting patients, preparing them for procedures, and ensuring their comfort. Clinical Support: Prepare and sterilise dental instruments, assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, and maintain a clean and organised treatment area. Inventory Management: Monitor dental supplies levels, ensuring the treatment room is well-stocked and organised. Patient Education: Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and educate them about oral hygiene and preventive care. Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow and positive patient experience. Compliance: Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, as well as regulatory requirements in the dental practice.
