Senior Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Role and Your Impact:
As a Senior Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist at DHL, you'll go beyond day-to-day recruitment to shape how we find, engage and pipeline the talent that keeps our business moving.
- Strategic Partnership: Strategise with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define, design and implement acquisition solutions that deliver business outcomes.
- Develop and Own Talent Pools: Build and manage talent pools across key functions and critical roles, aligned with current hiring needs and long-term business growth. Also design and execute forward-thinking sourcing strategies to engage top-tier passive candidates and future-fit talent for executive and hard-to-fill roles.
- Market Mapping & Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and candidate mapping to understand talent trends, competitive positioning, and skill availability - providing strategic insight to the business.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with external talent through consistent, value-added engagement - ensuring we're top of mind when the time is right.
- Internal Partnership: Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and deliver proactive talent solutions.
- Promote our Employer Brand: Be a visible ambassador for our brand across events, communities, and digital channels - actively promoting who we are and why we matter, and design creative social recruitment strategies that elevate our brand & EVP.
- Pipeline Analytics: Track, measure and report on pipeline health, engagement quality and sourcing ROI via monthly dashboards. Use data to adjust strategy and continuously improve

Skills & Experience You'll Need to Succeed:
- Prior experience in senior white-collar/executive search recruitment, with demonstrated ability to proactively source, manage and pool for senior roles preferably in Logistics/ Supply Chain or similar industry
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining talent pools and passive pipelines across multiple business areas or hard-to-fill roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills - you can influence, advise and communicate confidently with senior leaders
- Expertise in talent market mapping, competitive research and sourcing techniques across multiple platforms
- CRM/ATS fluency - you understand how to build, track and maintain high-quality pipelines in recruiting systems
- Demonstrated experience in employer branding and external engagement (events, campaigns, content, etc.)
- A data-driven mindset - you're comfortable using analytics to inform decisions and optimise talent strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
