Working under the direction and supervision of the Team Leader/Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centred care that promotes the independence, dignity and wellbeing of residents. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with professional standards, organisational policies and evidence-based practice while contributing to a safe, supportive and collaborative team environment.
