We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Advisor, Reward & People Analytics to join our People & Culture team.

In this role, you will help to further shape and deliver Keyton’s Reward and Benefits program, strengthen our people analytics capability, and provide trusted advice that supports informed business decisions. You will partner with colleagues across People & Culture, Finance, and the wider business, with a key focus on:

  • Supporting and improving Keyton’s reward and benefits program, including remuneration reviews, job evaluation, benchmarking and benefits administration.
  • Providing clear, practical insights to leaders on reward, workforce trends, legislative changes and people-related decisions.
  • Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards and workforce insights that help the business understand key metrics and trends.
  • Supporting workforce planning, salary modelling and strategic people initiatives.
  • Monitoring and interpreting Fair Work legislation and Modern Award changes, and supporting timely, well-governed implementation.
  • Contributing to the continued growth of our people analytics capability, including job architecture, pay transparency and data-informed decision-making.
  • Building positive relationships with external reward, recognition and benefits providers to ensure our programs remain relevant and effective.
  • Supporting People & Culture operations and initiatives, including employee lifecycle processes, policy administration, flexible work arrangements and service desk support.

About You

You will be a great fit if you bring:

  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline
  • Experience in reward, remuneration, workforce analytics or a similar people-focused role.
  • Confidence working with compensation frameworks, reporting tools and workforce data to support business decision-making.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS platforms; Dayforce and Power BI experience would be highly regarded.
  • A sound understanding of HR practices, systems, and governance requirements.
  • The ability to interpret and apply Fair Work legislation, industrial instruments and modern awards in a practical and compliant way.
  • A curious, analytical and commercially minded approach, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and explain complex information in a practical way. Integrity, discretion and sound judgement when working with sensitive people and remuneration information.
  • A proactive, adaptable style and a willingness to contribute in a changing, fast-moving environment.
