The Opportunity

Play a key role in driving the growth and success of Keypath's education portfolio across Australia and Southeast Asia. This position focuses on both new product development and ongoing product management, identifying market opportunities, developing and launching innovative education programs, and optimising existing offerings to maximise performance and revenue outcomes.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, university partners, and industry stakeholders, you will lead programs from concept through to launch, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and ensure products remain competitive and aligned to market demand. Reporting to the Principal Portfolio Lead, you will balance strategic product development initiatives with portfolio management responsibilities to support business objectives.

About You

You could come from a background in:

Marketing, Product development, Account management, Business development, Commercial strategy, Market research, Education or EdTech

What matters is your ability to learn, ask the right questions, and connect the dots.

You'll bring:
  • 5+ years' experience in a relevant strategic or commercial role.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Experience working towards and achieving defined financial targets.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing organisation.

  • Working knowledge of or professional background in Allied Health, Social Services, Technology or Business Management will be highly regarded

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel.

  • Experience working with data, including pivot tables.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong research and problem-solving skills. The ability to bring together information from multiple sources.

  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the confidence to present to senior and academic stakeholders.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.

  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
