An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 (CNC2) to join the Dialysis Home Therapies team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH)
As the CNC2 - Dialysis Home Therapies, you will provide expert clinical leadership in the delivery and ongoing development of home dialysis services, including both haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Working within a multidiscipliary team, you will support excellence in patient-centred care, lead quality improvement initiatives, contribute to service planning and policy development, and promote best practice through education, mentoring and clinical expertise.
This role also spans responsibility for the dialysis home patients from Concord Hospital so the successful applicant would be required to engage with the teams at Concord in addition to RPAH.
This is a Monday to Friday position and unfortunately, Part Time will not be considered at this stage.

What we're looking for
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Extensive clinical expertise in both haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, with the ability to provide advanced clinical leadership
- Proven ability to lead and influence change through quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice

Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
