With a comprehensive fourweek orientation, you'll feel supported from day one as you work across a range of clinical settings including Primary and Community Health, Post Acute and Palliative Care. Opportunities are available across multiple locations including Bowral, Rosemeadow, Hoxton Park, Prairiewood, Bankstown, Wollondilly and Campbelltown, with a variety of day, night, weekday and weekend shifts to choose from. Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Critically assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team that is evidenced based and culturally appropriate to achieve quality patient/outcomes.
- Effectively communicate in a person centred manner with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to ensure the provision of safe, compassionate, quality care.
