Delaware North Australia is hiring Team Leaders to join our dynamic team at the brand-new Hungry Jack's opening in Terminal 3, Perth Airport! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the founding team, helping shape the culture, standards, and success of a new outlet from day one.

As a Hungry Jack's Team Leader, you'll inspire and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Working in one of Australia's busiest airports, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving operational excellence and bringing Hungry Jack's cultural pillars to life every day.

What you will do?

• Lead and supervise a team to deliver outstanding service
• Train, mentor and develop team members to achieve operational goals
• Uphold compliance with Hungry Jacks' operational and safety standards
• Ensure adherence to company policies, including Food Safety and WHS requirements
• Manage inventory and stock control, assisting in efficient day-to-day operations
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest issues professionally

More about you

• Leadership experience in fast food, QSR or high-volume hospitality
• A passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude
• The ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure setting
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
• Food Safety Certificate
• A desire to be part of the founding team launching a brand-new Hungry Jack's
• Familiarity with Hungry Jacks' cultural pillars
• Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rotating roster
