About the role

Konica Minolta is looking for a Business Analyst -SAP to help support, enhance and continually improve our S/4HANA environment. You'll bring functional depth across Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM), working alongside business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and project delivery teams to build practical, scalable and well-governed SAP solutions.

This is a varied role that spans both business-as-usual support and project work. You'll get involved in everything from requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, testing, documentation and user support - across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, logistics and sales operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with business stakeholders to understand current processes and pain points, and shaping these into fit-for-purpose SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Configuring, supporting and enhancing SD and MM processes - think sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, purchasing, goods movements, inventory management and invoice verification.
  • Preparing clear business requirements, functional specs, solution design documents, process flows, test scripts and training material.
  • Assessing the ripple effects of changes across SD, MM and related areas - integrations, data, reporting, Finance, logistics and warehouse touchpoints.
  • Supporting enhancements, upgrades and improvement projects, including unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, cutover and hypercare.
  • Collaborating with ABAP developers, integration specialists, vendors and managed service partners to deliver reports, forms, interfaces and workflows.
  • Providing Level 2/3 functional support, getting to the root of recurring issues, and keeping system and process documentation accurate and up to date.

Requirements

Who we are looking for?

  • 4-7 years' experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, Functional Analyst or similar, with hands-on S/4HANA SD and MM configuration and support experience.
  • A solid grasp of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, sales operations, purchasing and logistics processes.
  • Experience running workshops, gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical, workable SAP solutions.
  • A track record of supporting production systems, managing incidents and contributing to enhancements, upgrades or transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA UX concepts, plus integration touchpoints like IDocs, EDI, APIs or middleware.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills. Exposure to SAP CRM FI/CO, vendor management or Agile/Waterfall delivery will be highly regarded.

As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks. You will also be required to hold a valid Working with Children check.
