  • Site Managers will hold overall accountability for village operations, commercial performance and client relationships.
  • Assistant Site Managers will support the successful day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring service delivery standards, workforce engagement and operational excellence are consistently achieved.

  • Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day leadership of site operations.
  • Coordinate multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with financial reporting, budget management and cost optimisation.
  • Maintain compliance across safety, food safety and quality standards.
  • Act as an escalation point for operational matters and stakeholder enquiries.
  • Support workforce planning, onboarding, training and team development.
  • Drive a positive culture focused on safety, service excellence and accountability.

About You

We are looking for leaders who bring a combination of operational expertise, commercial acumen and people leadership capability.

  • Previous leadership experience within village operations, hospitality, facilities management or mining services.
  • Strong financial and commercial management capability.
  • Proven experience managing large and diverse workforces.

  • Opportunities across major Goldfields and Iron Ore operations in Newman, Great Sandy Desert and Laverton.
  • Industry-leading leadership development programs and career progression pathways.

  • Flights, accommodation, meals and uniforms provided.
  • Access to modern village facilities including gyms, recreation areas and wellness amenities.
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers.
