THE POSITION
Help prepare, serve and present fresh meals
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Support kitchen operations including cleaning and restocking
Operate the till and process transactions where needed
Follow hygiene and food safety practices
Work with chefs, catering teams and site managers to support smooth service

THE PERSON (for KH role)

Friendly, reliable and teamfocused
Experience as a Kitchenhand or in highvolume hospitality
Good food prep and presentation skills
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
Able to obtain or already hold: National Police Check & Blue Card
Weekday availability (Mon-Fri)

THE PERSON (for F&B Attendant role)

1 to 5 yrs experience in food and beverage
Experience in corporate dining, five star hotels, hatted restaurants, airline lounges, private dining or event service is highly regarded
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in busy service periods
Professional presentation, reliability and a polished service style
Able to obtain or already hold: National Police Check & Blue Card
Must have a valid RSA
