We're looking for an experienced Client Manager to join our Victorian Workers' Compensation team. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused workers' compensation professional who enjoys partnering with clients, analysing performance trends and influencing outcomes at a strategic level.

As a Client Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of workers' compensation clients, helping them navigate legislative requirements, manage performance outcomes and maximise the value of their workers' compensation programs.

Working closely with operational leaders, brokers and client stakeholders, you'll drive service excellence, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver strategic initiatives that strengthen client relationships and support business growth.


How you'll make an impact

  • Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of Victorian workers' compensation clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client performance, service delivery and strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate client reviews, service meetings and executive presentations.
  • Analyse claims performance, claims costs, premium impacts and injury trends to provide meaningful recommendations.
  • Partner with operational leaders to deliver exceptional service and client outcomes.
  • Develop and implement tailored client engagement and service plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recovery, return to work and claims management outcomes.
  • Work closely with brokers and stakeholders to build strong, productive partnerships.
  • Support client retention initiatives, tender activity and business growth opportunities.
  • Provide legislative and scheme guidance to clients while ensuring compliance with Victorian workers' compensation requirements.

  • Experience within workers' compensation, injury management, claims management or client services.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to influence, negotiate and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience interpreting and presenting claims and performance data.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent presentation, organisational and project management skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes.
