Overview

At Gallagher Bassett (GB), we help people move forward after life’s setbacks. As a global leader in risk management and claims services, we’re passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and the communities we support.

Our business is changing quickly. New performance measures, AI tools, evolving priorities and ongoing operational change all mean there's more information than ever for people to keep up with. One of the challenges we face is making sure important updates are communicated clearly, consistently and in a way that's easy to find when people need them.

In this newly created role, you’ll shape how information flows across the business. You’ll create clear, easy-to-use communication frameworks, support change adoption, and turn complex updates into simple, practical messaging. Working closely with claims, Learning & Capability, Client Services and leaders, you’ll help keep teams informed, aligned and ready for what’s next.

How you'll make an impact

  • Keep Victoria in the loop — design how information flows to our teams, including a regular weekly update, so people always know what's changing and what it means for them.
  • Bring order to our information — decide where things live across SharePoint, Teams, shared folders and email, and build simple, intuitive frameworks so people can find what they need.
  • Make change land — translate complex operational, technical and scheme change into clear, practical information frontline teams can use.
  • Support the wider business — partner with the Client Services team on client-facing programs and help the training and capability teams get learning to the right people.
  • Build once, use everywhere — package what works in Victoria into repeatable structures and standards the national business can pick up and run with.
