Apply Job no: RJRTA Category: Customer Support About the Role We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, ensuring customer queries and complaints are handled efficiently while maintaining a low touch territory and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound customer calls, emails and enquiries Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating where required Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Support stockists and customers with product, service and account enquiries Provide day-to-day support to Regional Business Managers (RBMs) Assist with specification writing and administrative sales support activities Manage a small, low-touch customer territory through regular customer contact Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to add value Promote relevant products, services and campaigns that meet customer needs Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system Support customer onboarding and ensure a positive customer journey Contribute to continuous improvement and effective team collaboration Conduct proactive outbound calls to build relationships, identify sales opportunities and support business growth through customer engagement. What you will bring: Previous experience in customer service, sales support, internal sales or a similar role Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly A customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help people Confidence handling enquiries, complaints and challenging conversations Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive approach and willingness to learn Experience in building products, trade, retail or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
