Sales Representative (BDR)

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Brisbane, with an expectation of attending the office 2-3 days per week.

As part of our continued growth across APAC, we're looking for a Sales Representative (BDR) to join our Brisbane team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an outbound sales role focused on building relationships with senior decision makers, generating qualified opportunities and supporting the growth of our AI and automation practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn and events
• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
• Engaging with executives and senior stakeholders
• Booking discovery meetings for the Growth Management team
• Maintaining CRM and pipeline activity
• Supporting marketing campaigns, events and industry initiatives

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment or another customer-facing role
• Is confident engaging with senior stakeholders
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Is organised, resilient and self-motivated
• Has an interest in AI, automation and emerging technology
• Is comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM platforms and sales tools

Technology or consulting experience is advantageous but not essential.
