Full Stack Software Engineer - AI / Cross-Platform (Fully Remote)
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong cross-platform engineering capabilities to join our team and build next-generation AI-powered products.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in at least one core technology stack, while also having hands-on experience across multiple layers of the product stack, including Backend, Web, Android, and/or iOS.
Beyond traditional full-stack development, we are particularly interested in engineers who have experience with AI Agents, LLM applications, or AI-assisted product development, and who can independently take a product from technical design through implementation and production.
This is a highly cross-functional engineering role, where you will work across different technology stacks and business scenarios depending on product needs. The strongest candidates will demonstrate:

Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end products across Backend, Web, Android and/or iOS.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using technologies such as Java / Spring Boot, with experience in distributed systems, microservices and high-concurrency applications.
- Develop modern web applications using technologies such as React, TypeScript, Next.js or Vue.js.
- Contribute to mobile application development on Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift).
- Design and integrate AI-powered features, AI Agents and LLM-based workflows into production applications.
- Work with LLM APIs, agent orchestration, RAG, tool calling, workflow automation and external API integrations where applicable.
- Own features end-to-end, from requirement understanding and system design to development, testing, deployment and production optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and business teams to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Rapidly learn and work across unfamiliar technology stacks when required.
- Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, system reliability and overall technical quality.
Requirements
Core Engineering
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of the following areas:
- Backend - Java / Spring Boot / distributed systems
- Web - React / TypeScript / Next.js / Vue.js
- Android - Kotlin
- iOS - Swift
- Practical experience working across multiple technology layers is highly preferred.
- Experience designing and developing production-grade applications, APIs or distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, API design, databases, testing and debugging.
- Ability to understand and contribute beyond one's primary technology stack.
Cross-Platform Experience
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience spanning 2 or more of the following:
- Java / Spring Boot Backend
- Web / React / TypeScript
- Android / Kotlin
- iOS / Swift
Candidates do not need to be equally strong in all four areas. We value depth in one area + meaningful hands-on experience in other areas.
AI / Agent Engineering
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications, AI Agents, Generative AI or AI-assisted engineering is strongly preferred.
- Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
- AI Agent / Multi-Agent systems
- LLM API integration
- RAG
- Tool calling / function calling
- Agent orchestration
- AI workflow automation
- LLM evaluation
- AI coding / AI-assisted software development
