Join our team as a Wardsperson and play an essential role in supporting patients, staff and the delivery of safe, high-quality care every day.
About the role
As a Wardsperson, you'll provide vital non-clinical support across the hospital, helping ensure patients receive timely, safe and compassionate care. Your day will include transporting patients, equipment, specimens and supplies, assisting with patient transfers and manual handling, supporting nursing staff, restocking essential items, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Every shift brings variety, and your contribution will make a real difference to the patient experience.
About you
You're a reliable, team-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You have experience in hospital services, patient transport, cleaning or a similar role, and understand the importance of safety, confidentiality and respectful patient care. With strong communication and time management skills, you're able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support the best possible outcomes for patients.
