• $33.14-$37.43 per hour (incl. casual loading)

About the Role

We're looking for a handson Maintenance Officer to support the smooth operation of our Macquarie Park site. This casual role offers flexibility (ideally around three days per week) and the opportunity to use your trade skills in a meaningful, purposedriven environment.

You'll carry out a mix of preventative and reactive maintenance across buildings, plant, equipment, furniture, fittings, and paintwork. You'll log and manage tasks through our CMMS, assist with asset management, and work closely with staff and contractors to ensure the site remains safe, functional, and welcoming.

About You

You're someone who enjoys handson work, takes initiative, and manages your workload effectively. You bring:

• Solid maintenance experience

• A trade background or relevant qualifications will be highly regarded

• Experience working with contractors

• Confidence using Microsoft 365 and a CMMS

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A current driver's license

• Experience in aged care or healthcare is desirable but not essential
