Job Description
As we prepare for an exciting pipeline of upcoming projects, we're seeking expressions of interest from experienced Revit Technicians and Senior Revit Technicians who are passionate about technical excellence and architectural delivery.
Whether you're already operating at Senior level or you're an experienced Revit Technician ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.
Working as part of our collaborative Perth studio, you'll play a key role in delivering complex architectural projects from design development through to construction. You'll combine hands-on Revit expertise with technical leadership, consultant coordination and construction support, helping to deliver projects with clarity, quality and buildability.
In this role you will:
- Lead the technical delivery of medium to large, complex architectural projects from design development through construction.
- Produce and oversee high-quality Revit documentation and documentation strategies.
- Set up, manage and maintain project Revit models, standards and digital workflows.
- Lead multidisciplinary consultant coordination, integrating structural, services, facade and specialist consultant information.
- Manage clash detection, resolve technical interfaces and contribute to design and technical decision-making.
- Participate in and lead technical coordination meetings with project teams and consultants.
- Ensure documentation meets Hassell quality standards, statutory requirements and construction expectations.
- Provide construction-phase support, including responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings and resolving technical issues during delivery.
- Support project teams on site, helping maintain design intent, quality and technical excellence throughout construction.
- Mentor and support team members, strengthening Revit capability and technical delivery across the studio.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of digital delivery, quality assurance processes and technical standards.
Qualifications
About You
You'll bring significant experience producing and leading Revit documentation within an architectural practice, along with a passion for technical excellence and collaborative project delivery.
You'll also have:
- Advanced Revit capability and a strong understanding of architectural documentation, detailing and construction methodologies.
- Experience coordinating consultants and supporting multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proven experience supporting projects through construction, including responding to site queries and resolving technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with consultants, contractors and project leaders.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to balance hands-on production with technical leadership responsibilities.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for mentoring others and continuously improving technical delivery.
