About the Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join the NSW Police Force's largest Command and play a pivotal role in delivering some of the organisation's most significant transformation initiatives.
Working alongside the Change Management Lead, you will be part of a high-performing Organisation Change Management team responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide programs that extend beyond policing and contribute to broader government and community outcomes.
Unlike many change roles that focus on a single project, this position offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of high-profile programs, stakeholders and business functions. As the Command that leads the organisation's change capability, you will have the opportunity to influence transformational initiatives across NSW Police Force, providing exceptional variety, visibility and professional growth.
This role is ideal for an experienced change professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys partnering with senior leaders and is motivated by delivering meaningful, lasting outcomes.
With funding secured through to 30 June 2028, and the potential for further extension, this opportunity offers a level of stability rarely found in project environments while providing the challenge and diversity of a large-scale transformation portfolio.
You will lead change management activities that drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption and sustained outcomes across multiple strategic programs. Success in this role will require a pragmatic approach, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate complexity into practical, people-focused change strategies. Working across concurrent initiatives, you will build strong partnerships and help ensure successful transitions to new ways of working across one of the State's most complex organisations.
