Senior Manager, Sustainability

What's the role?
You'll play a key role in shaping how we support our customers to navigate sustainability across our Business and Wealth division. Working closely with bankers and customers, you'll bring practical insights that help businesses make informed decisions and build for the future.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid working model, based in Sydney on Gadigal Country Warrane or Melbourne on Wurundjeri Country Naarm.

You'll partner with teams across Commercial, SME, Agribusiness and Pacific Banking, providing expert advice on sustainability risks and opportunities. Alongside this, you'll help develop customer insights, contribute to industry strategies, and represent Westpac in conversations that matter, from client engagements to external forums.

What do I need?

• Experience working in environmental or social sustainability, either in financial services or industry
• Confidence engaging with customers and sharing insights in presentations or advisory settings
• Strong ability to think critically and analyse complex sustainability issues
• Proven experience managing stakeholders and influencing outcomes across teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
