About the role Our security officers are the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and staff. In this role, you will set the standard by delivering a professional and customer-focused experience while ensuring strict compliance with security protocols. Job Location: Virginia, QLD Contract: Casual Shift Pattern: Day shifts with availability to support 24/7 rotating shifts as required Key responsibilities Primary duties include and are not limited to: Managing visitor passes and access control processes Issuing and maintaining staff, contractor, and visitor access cards Monitoring CCTV systems, alarms, and WHS compliance Conducting proactive internal and external patrols Responding to perimeter breaches and unauthorised access attempts Operating intercom systems and overseeing traffic and screening areas Liaising with stakeholders and escalating potential risks where required Maintaining accurate logs, reports, and security documentation Supporting a safe and compliant working environment at all times About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate professionalism, strong situational awareness and a commitment to safety.
