About the Role Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that improve business performance? We're looking for a Reporting & Analytics Team Leader to lead the delivery of business reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives that support operational decision-making across the organisation. Reporting to the Business Innovation Manager, you'll work closely with operational leaders, business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver practical, data-driven solutions that improve reporting efficiency, strengthen business performance, and support better outcomes for our customers and communities. This is an opportunity to lead a talented team while driving innovation, continuous improvement, and smarter ways of working. You'll lead the development and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions that help the business make informed decisions every day. Key Attributes: Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of reporting, analytics and dashboard solutions. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical reporting outcomes. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analysis using Power BI, SAP and other reporting tools. Collaborate closely with IT to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and technology standards. Lead user testing, training and change activities to support successful adoption of new solutions. Guide and develop a team culture focused on innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement. About You We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience leading a reporting, analytics or business intelligence function, including people leadership. Strong expertise in data warehousing, particularly SAP BW and SAP HANA. Advanced reporting and dashboard development capability using Power BI and Business Objects. Experience driving reporting improvements, analytics initiatives and process improvement outcomes. Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions. Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and driving initiatives through to successful delivery. Your Qualifications / Certifications & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Technology, Business or a related discipline. Experience introducing new technologies, systems or processes into operational environments. Experience developing business requirements, test specifications and business cases. Understanding of gas and electricity services operations and end-to-end value chains. Negotiation and influencing skills. Strong capability across Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project. Why Work With Us What we do matters.
