Working within a challenging and fast paced role you will lead a small dedicated transport systems team providing support to the transport division and wider business. The role is required to be able to be onsite across multiple sites in Melbourne. This role reports to the Senior Director Transport IT.

Responsibilities
- Lead a small dedicated Transport Support team
- Ensure timely day to day technical services and support is provided to the Transport division
- Ensure all systems (scanning, TMS and Web) are operationaland achieve maximum up time
- Drive transport systems and innovation within the transport division
- Implementation of new transport systems
- Constant review of Transport System to align with business requirements
- Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders - providinghigh quality service and support
- Manage Vendor relationships
- Coordinate and conduct UAT across the business
- Is responsible for Resource Planning including management of the ticketing system
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Transport/Statistics preferred
- Solid Transport System skills and experience
- Strong transport/operational/warehouse knowledge
- In depth experience of logistics and supply chain processes
- Working knowledge of system, network and data base set-ups
- Systems administration background
- Stronganalytical & problem solving skills
- AdvancedMS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work outside of normal business hours required.
