Home Care Administration Officer

Location: Aveo Newstead Office – 5 Days On-Site

Reports to: Home Care Administration Manager

The Opportunity

Joining our Home Care team as a Home Care Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping our Aveo Care at Home services running smoothly, ensuring that Aveo residents continue to live independently for as long as possible. Working alongside the Home Care team, you will provide a wide range of administrative tasks that support Care Partners, including reviewing care plan documentation, data entry and other mini-projects. Your Impact

• Manage home care documentation, contracts, and data submitted by Care Partners in Alayacare, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build relationships and liaise with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including Care Partners across our Aveo communities
• Manage Aveo's data in the home care provider portal (My Aged Care)
• Assist with ad hoc projects, such as managing fee increase processes for consumers.
• Support with reporting, budgeting, email inbox requests and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain electronic files and complete quality checks to ensure documentation is up to date.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in the Support at Home or Community Care industry (e.g. Case Coordinator, Care Partner, or an administration role).
• Exceptional administrative skills, with experience in managing a high volume of documentation with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with a range of stakeholders.
• A commitment to customer service and achieving positive consumer outcomes
• Exposure to My Aged Care or a Care Management System (such as Alayacare) is highly regarded
