Demonstrates ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary administrative and operational programs, such as security, emergency management, public affairs, or civilian human capital. Experience includes directly supervising a professional staff, assigning work, and evaluating performance, as well as independently formulating and executing divisional budgets. Collaborating with senior leadership and external stakeholders to resolve complex organizational challenges and make strategic, independent decisions to align program goals with mission requirements, within a maritime, shipyard, or industrial military environment.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
