ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll lead the regional acquisition strategy across paid search, social, affiliates and display, driving customer growth, revenue and channel performance. Working closely with the Head of Digital Customer Experience and key stakeholders, you'll translate commercial priorities into impactful marketing plans, ensuring campaigns are optimised to deliver strong ROI while balancing global strategies with local market needs. From budget planning and forecasting through to execution and reporting, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering scalable growth across the region.

You'll use data and insights to identify new opportunities, drive innovation and continuously improve campaign performance. Partnering with Digital CX, Trade and Brand teams, you'll ensure marketing activity is aligned to customer and trading priorities while maintaining best practice across tracking, reporting and campaign governance. A strong communicator and people leader, you'll provide clear performance recommendations, influence stakeholders and develop a high-performing acquisition team focused on delivering measurable results.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong experience in performance marketing and paid media strategy
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI across digital channels
Deep understanding of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, affiliates, programmatic)
Strong commercial acumen with focus on growth and efficiency
Leadership capability with experience developing and coaching team members
Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear actions
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to balance global frameworks with local market needs
Curious mindset with focus on testing, learning and continuous improvement
