THE POSITION

• Manage Helpdesk requests including answering calls, emails, and service enquiries
• Create, allocate, monitor, and close work orders through the maintenance management system
• Provide frontline customer service support to hospital stakeholders, contractors, and visitors
• Coordinate contractor access, site inductions, compliance documentation, and sign-in processes
• Manage key registers, proxy passes, access requests, and visitor records
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service requests, and operational documentation
• Prepare reports, data entry, filing, and administrative records as required
• Support timesheet processing, roster administration, and workforce documentation
• Maintain compliance with hospital, client, and company procedures

THE PERSON

• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems
• Desirable experience using CMMS or service management systems such as QFM, SAP, Maximo, Pronto, or similar
• Must hold or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
