Managing Director - New International Markets

How You'll Help:

We're looking for an entrepreneurial executive to lead the next phase of our international growth.

As Managing Director, New International Markets, you'll oversee a portfolio of established, high-performing international markets while identifying and expanding into new opportunities around the world. Reporting directly to the COO and Co-founder, you'll own the commercial success of your region: leading strategy, revenue growth, market expansion, partnerships, and team development.

What You'll Do:

• Own the commercial strategy, operational performance, and P&L across a portfolio of international markets.
• Lead and develop an established, high-performing team while continuing to recruit and scale exceptional talent as the business grows.
• Identify, evaluate, and launch new international market opportunities that align with the company's long-term growth strategy.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through exceptional leadership across sales, business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and strengthen relationships with schools, educational organizations, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders across your markets.
• Partner closely with the COO, Co-founder, and executive leadership team to shape international expansion strategy and execute against ambitious growth objectives.
• Support major commercial opportunities and executive-level relationships where your leadership can accelerate long-term success.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across your region.

What You Have:

• Proven success leading high-growth commercial organizations with responsibility for business performance and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple markets or regions.
• Strong background in business development, sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
• Experience owning or influencing regional P&L performance and executing against ambitious growth objectives.
• A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable developing long-term plans and rolling up their sleeves to help execute them.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the executive presence to influence partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience within education, admissions consulting, study abroad, or another international education organization is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Mandarin language skills are welcomed but are not required.

Location: This role may be based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, or another location within the Asia-Pacific region, depending on experience and business needs. Regular international travel is expected.

InGenius Prep was founded in 2013 by law students at Harvard and Yale. In that time, the company has grown to a team of more than 200 full-time employees, 500 part-time employees, as well as offices in the U.S., Canada, China, amongst other countries.
