We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion solutions across our Supply Chain operations. You will act as the key link between business and technology, translating operational requirements into effective system capabilities that support order fulfilment, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and transportation processes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Supply Chain Management processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
- Act as the primary techno-functional advisor between business teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Drive solution delivery across key Oracle Fusion modules including:
- Order Management
- Inventory Management
- Pricing
- Procurement
- Logistics and Transportation
- Support Oracle Fusion upgrades, patches, releases, and configuration changes while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with implementation partners and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Design and support integrations using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) technologies, identify opportunities to automate, optimise, and digitise business processes across the supply chain landscape.
- Provide functional and technical expertise throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirement gathering through deployment and ongoing support.
- Contribute to product roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion SCM solutions in a techno-functional capacity.
- Strong hands-on implementation experience across:
- Order Management (OM)
- Inventory Management (INV)
- Pricing
- Procurement
- Logistics / Transportation processes
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory, warehousing, fulfilment, logistics, and transportation.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Finance modules and cross-functional business processes would be advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners.
