What you'll be doing
As a Chronic & Complex Care Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting individuals with ongoing and complex healthcare needs. You will play an important role in monitoring health outcomes, delivering evidence-based care and promoting client independence while maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and communication.

Conduct client observations and assessments, recognising and escalating clinical concerns when required

Deliver nursing care in accordance with care plans and within your scope of practice

Support clients with daily living activities, comfort measures and emotional wellbeing

Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to quality healthcare outcomes

Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the wider healthcare team to provide safe, effective and person-centred care

Essential Criteria:

Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria:

1. Relevant clinical experience in speciality.

2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.

3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.

4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.

5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team

6. Commitment to continuing professional development

7. Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training

8. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
