About the opportunity
As a Stores Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day management of clinical and non-clinical supplies to ensure products are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently across the healthcare facility. You will oversee inventory management processes, stock replenishment, and procurement activities, helping to ensure clinicians and departments have timely access to the supplies needed to support patient care.
This role combines hands-on operational responsibilities with team leadership, requiring strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with staff and stakeholders to maintain high levels of customer service, drive supply chain efficiencies, and ensure compliance with inventory management, workplace health and safety, and organisational policies. The role is well suited to an experienced stores or logistics professional who can effectively manage competing priorities in a busy healthcare environment while maintaining a strong focus on service, accuracy, and patient outcomes.
