The Opportunity This is your chance to step into a key leadership role as a Workshop / Production Manager, where you'll play a critical part in driving performance, quality, and team success. You'll lead from the front - ensuring the workshop runs seamlessly, repairs meet OEM standards, and every vehicle is delivered with excellence. What You'll Be Doing Leading a safe, efficient, and high-performing workshop environment Managing the end-to-end repair process - from vehicle arrival through to completion Ensuring all repairs are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality Coordinating parts, paint, and consumables to keep production flowing Driving productivity to meet targets and exceed customer expectations Supporting site profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards Mentoring and motivating your team to perform at their best Maintaining an organised, professional, and well-managed workshop About You You're a proven leader in the collision repair industry, with the drive and capability to bring out the best in people and processes. You will bring: Experience in a similar management or leadership role Outstanding communication and leadership skills A strong ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and meet deadlines Confidence in delegating and managing workflow Solid organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and team success Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive mindset Why Join Us?
