What's the role?

At Westpac Private, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. As a Senior Private Banker, you'll be the key relationship partner for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, helping them achieve their financial ambitions through personalised banking, lending and wealth solutions.

You'll work closely with successful individuals, families and business owners, building long term relationships based on trust, insight and exceptional service. By partnering with specialists across Westpac Private, you'll help clients navigate complex financial needs while delivering a seamless and highly personalised experience.

You'll also grow your network, develop new client relationships and contribute to the continued success of a business known for putting clients at the centre of everything it does.

This is a full-time role based in Melbourne / Naarm, Wurundjeri Country.

What do I need?

A strong ability to build meaningful and lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients

Confidence identifying opportunities and developing new business through networks and referrals

An understanding of banking, lending or wealth solutions and how they can support client goals

The ability to collaborate with specialists to deliver tailored client outcomes

Strong communication skills, sound judgement and a customer first mindset
