What's the role?

At Westpac Private, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. As a Private Executive, you'll be the trusted partner to a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalised support across their banking, lending and wealth needs.

You'll take the time to understand each client's goals, ambitions and priorities, helping them navigate important financial decisions and connecting them with the right specialists when needed. Whether you're deepening existing relationships, identifying new opportunities or collaborating with colleagues across the bank, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is an opportunity to build long term relationships with successful individuals, families and business owners, becoming a valued part of their financial journey while representing one of Australia's leading private banking businesses.

This is a full-time role based in Melbourne / Naarm, Wurundjeri Country.

What do I need?

A passion for building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional experiences for high-net-worth clients

Confidence identifying opportunities, growing networks and developing new business through referrals and professional connections

The ability to understand complex banking, lending and wealth needs and connect clients with tailored solutions

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with specialists across the bank to achieve great client outcomes

Sound judgement, risk awareness and a commitment to doing what's right for customers
