About the Role Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, you'll coordinate the operational activities of our Maintenance, Catering and Environmental Services teams while supporting the delivery of high-quality corporate services across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating daily operations across multiple service areas Working closely with internal stakeholders and contractors Monitoring workflows, scheduling and service delivery Supporting maintenance requests and contractor management Preparing reports and operational documentation Assisting with audits, compliance and accreditation activities Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Helping create an engaged, positive and high-performing team culture. About You You'll bring: Experience coordinating operational or corporate support services Outstanding organisation and time management skills Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy environment Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills Experience using databases or operational management systems A proactive approach to problem solving A commitment to customer service, teamwork and continuous improvement.
