FIFO Scaffolder (Advanced)

FIFO Advanced Scaffolders - New Positions, New Projects - We have multiple new projects - 3:1 rosters, FIFO from Perth.

• Long term, Ongoing work, stable 3:1 swings
• Salary Sacrifice and travel allowance available for east coast. East Coast flights are not included.

• Scope of work: Construction in the Mining Sector, highly regarded

About Us:

Flanco - a Tasmea company, are a growing civil construction company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with a Perth and Goldfields division.

Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.

Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other concreters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded.

About You:

To be considered for these roles you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 4 years Scaffolding experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in civil construction within mining and resources industries.
• Determining job requirements and planning/configuring scaffolding.
• Uphold health and safety standards and proactively assist others.
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.

Qualifications required:

• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain - Gold mine sites
• Driver's License - C class manual minimum requirement, HR license preferred but not essential
• Construction White Card
• Hold a High-Risk Work License - Advanced Scaffolding required
• Hold a Nationally Accredited Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment
