We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a portfolio of blue-collar vacancies. This role is a full-time permanent position based at our head office located in Applecross, working Monday to Friday (with the bonus of working from home on Fridays). The Role: Manage end to end recruitment activities including attracting, sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, pre-employment compliance checks, reference checking and offer processes. Build and maintain pipelines & talent pools of high calibre personnel, to best assist current and future resourcing requirements. Highly effective communicator that is able to deal effectively at all levels of the business from applicants to the Managing Director. Strong relationship building skills with a focus on keeping applicants engaged and informed at all stages of the recruitment process About You: 2+ years industry experience in a similar role recruiting for blue-collar and professional roles, ideally across major construction projects within the resources industry or similar Tertiary qualification, Diploma, recognised training or equivalent experience related to HR or Recruitment disciplines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with relevant stakeholder groups, as well as influence effectively. High level of proficiency and expertise using recruitment management systems (LiveHire, desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint and Excel in particular).
