About The Role We're building a talent pool of Personal Care Workers for future Home Care opportunities in the Safety Beach and Dromana are. Whether you're currently completing your Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or looking to transition from residential aged care into in-home support, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll provide personalised support to help clients remain independent in their own homes and community. Duties may include: Personal care Domestic assistance Mobility support Social companionship You'll travel up to 30 minutes to support clients in Rosebud, Capel Sound, Rye, Blairgowrie, Red Hill, Dromana, and Safety Beach.
